During the Primary years, there is a strong emphasis on skill development and weekly intra-school competitions. Students who place well in school carnivals go on to represent the College in the CSSAQ (Christian Schools Sports Association Queensland) carnivals and District carnivals, where those who excel may also compete at Regional, State and National levels.
Intra-school House competitions cover a range of sports, cycled over the year for Year 3 to 6 students.

Also included as part of the Intra-school competition are the three main carnivals (cross country, athletics and swimming) and also the Trivia Challenge and Chess Competition.
