Share in our vision.

The strength of Genesis Christian College has always been the steadfast community of faith and prayer that surrounds us and empowers us.

Those same, strong foundations of Christian values underpin our new strategic vision, which will begin next year and last until the end of 2024.

Genesis is and will continue to be a community that holds Christlikeness, excellence, integrity, perseverance, service and respect as values to be cherished.

These defining, refining values also give us the central theme for our strategic vision: Firm foundations, future impact.

Our theme honours our past successes in creating a connected community while looking to the future and outlining the next steps we can take to grow into an even more engaged, more vibrant place of learning and faith.

Most of all, this strategic vision is about you.

You are part of a community of more than 1,500 students, 200 staff and thousands of parents and family members.

You’re the reason why we want the very best future for Genesis Christian College. Our vision is to serve you and make you proud to be part of our community.

In fact, to form this next chapter in our history, our College Senior Leadership Team and the College Board have widely consulted with key staff, students and parents to form this plan. You have led our way forward.

Rising from our firm foundations are five strategic priorities, each reflecting a desired strength within the College:

These priorities will guide our College planning and decision making at all levels and will enable us to plan where we can achieve the greatest impact for the greatest number of people. They will frame the way we set and assess key projects and priorities. They will guide our daily operations.

Firm foundations, future impact. The time is now to build a wonderful future together.

We welcome your prayers for the future of our College as we continue to deliver innovative and relevant education within a safe, Christ-centred environment.

God’s blessings to each of you as you continue to be part of the Genesis journey.
